Yash Sarda and Associates is a professional advisory practice led by Yash Sarda, ACA, a member holding a Certificate of Practice from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, who qualified in January 2016 and commenced professional practice in December 2017.
The firm is focused on business advisory, regulatory execution, and governance-oriented support, working with promoters, management teams, corporates, Non-Government organisations (NGOs), institutions, and professional advisory firms across India.

Yash Sarda is a Chartered Accountant with experience across audit, taxation, internal controls, governance frameworks, project finance documentation, and business advisory.
Since commencing practice in December 2017, he has worked with corporates, government-linked entities, Non-Government organisations (NGOs), and advisory-led engagements, supporting both standalone clients and professional advisory platforms.
His working style is defined by technical rigour, conservative judgement, and execution discipline, with a strong focus on producing outcomes that withstand regulatory, audit, and institutional scrutiny.
